He might choose to stay in the country if the charges are of a journalistic nature... if things escalate ,especially after 2024, and the republic as an organization gets into trouble (I believe that he has a majority stake) and investigations into finances are done by the top investigation agencies then he might flee..

The fate of Ramalinga Raju of Satyam has made most people guilty of financial misdemeanor flee the country. They have learnt lessons from foreign businessmen about how to avoid extradition and how best to make use of tax havens.

Yes, but I don't see this happening in the near future atleast. I'm pretty sure he can expose a lot of people too, so he must be well protected for now at least.

My perception...can't give concrete evidence about that. Thought leader in general not specific to this case. I feel a lot of Bollywood people behave as if their word is the last word on anything while they have shady dealings themselves. That's what I was talking about, nothing specific to this case. I agree with you on Arnab and legal remedies. As on Rhea, I have already made my stance clear in some other thread..she is a victim of an organized and coordinated witch hunt which I can clearly see now ( even without going through everything related to the case)...

I don’t think any one here thinks Bollywood is clean place. I am sure everyone agrees that there are shady people in Bollywood and it has its own problems. There is no doubt there. There are only two things for me, first the way some media houses used SSR’s death and the emotion of public to bring down an industry. They weren’t fighting for justice or the truth but only their agendas. Secondly Bollywood hasn’t used Social Media to make things more uglier. Just imagine if like Kangana and Arnab they would have used their fans and their emotions on SM then what would have happened. Other than that media has their freedom of speech on the basis of which they can villify any one and Bollywood has their democratic rights which they have used. Court hearing will happen both sides will fight .If media houses truly feel whatever they have done is right then they can fight and stand up for themselves.Like I said both sides have equal chance to put forward their case.

I am way too cynical for my own good.😆 I see agendas everywhere in public sphere. Mercifully it doesn't carry on to personal life. I trust my husband and friends.. cordial with most relatives except for a few aunts. Have you read Hector hugh Munro (saki)?.. I so identify with his portrayal of aunts in his short stories ..b🤣. Except for this I am fine

Kangana is a person. She is not making any claims of reporting "facts."
