Kangana is a person. She is not making any claims of reporting "facts."

She's made a lot of claims and defamed a lot of people. She can still be sued for Defamation by a lot of people, many of them on this plaintiff list.

But this is a class action suit against Media Houses, so she really doesn't fit with the other defendants. In the US. there are different legal standards, arguments etc when suing the Press. I'd assume it's similar in India - Indian Legal Scholars let me know if it's otherwise.
