So about Vish, she actually wanted the naagmani and to become more stronger

Let’s say Vikrant didn’t die by Tamsi, then he makes it to the ending. Would Vish kill him if he didn’t agree with Vish plans to take the naagmani and betray Bela? Or was Vish just pretending to love Vikrant?
