The actor admits that he was missing his co-stars. "It is nice to be back with all my co-stars. I visited the sets and I had a lovely welcome. We ate together like we used to earlier and chilled out."

It is said that the leap has been planned to set an entirely different twist to the storyline, along with the entrance of Satyakaam.

When asked if Satyakaam's entry will cause rifts between the newly reunited couple, Karan and Lakshmi, all Makkar had to say was, "Let's wait and see!"

In the show, Satyakaam was all set to marry Lakshmi when he met with a mysterious accident and was presumed dead.
