Why is nobody concerned or suspicious?

Hi all,

I have so many questions regarding the track

Why is nobody concerned about someone trying to kill veer and that too by naagphani? For one thing someone is out there who wants veer dead... Nobody from Papa cheel to veer's brothers are concerned, they are just happy he was saved.... Even bani is not thinking why someone wants veer dead now that she knows that teer was also killed by someone n that someone is happy to see the blame fall on her and that someone might have seen her naagin roop too at that night..

Second thing, the killer knows veer is supernatural, otherwise why naagphani? Nobody is thinking about it... Why? Also why is the cheel family not suspicious about bani who being a mere human, (according to them) could bring the antidote for naagphani from some millennium old shiv mandir, just like that!!! They just wondered about it for what, 3 sec and then completely forgot about it..

Also what happened to jai's family? Does they even know he is still alive? Also his daadi seem to know papa cheel or his identity ... Their scene during the sangeet ceremony gave that vibe... Don't know

So what do you think? Feel free to discuss

Each & every question is totally practical, but for the sake of moving the story ahead, the writers are simply ignoring the very little facts, because it would be too much to expect a logical progression of the story, since it is a fantasy thriller. Don't think that the writers would focus on the little details even later on, that you've mentioned. Regarding Jai's family, I think they would be back at some point. Bani saved Veer but again her hatred for him trumped her concern for him, she is busy with many other things. Writers have got ample high points in the story to deal with, hence they are deliberately avoiding the little but important details that could be developed into logical tracks.

This type of things happens in Naagin. Why do you think Daksh wears spectacles? Isn't it strange because he is a prey bird? In real world, eagles can see eight times clearer than the human beings. An eagle can see an animal from the distance of two miles. Have you noticed the poor characterisation of supporting characters? Meera and Tapish are almost non-existent. Ponky and Monil can't be taken seriously. You are right! Of course, Balwant should have thought, "How could she know about naag mandir? How did she know that the antidote would be there?" But questions like this are generally not answered in the show.

Thanks for replying

Of course, the show is fantasy story but then there's another fact that is unique to this show that the humans aren't surprised that there are supernatural beings in their midst, for example neither meera nor mayuri (according to cheels she is also human) isn't least bit surprised about the existence of ichaadhaari naagin or cheels... Also jai's siblings too didn't seem shocked about jai being a naag, I mean their reactions were tanda... It's a good thing the makers showed veer grasping the fact that bani didn't seem surprised about jai being a naag....

Bani won't show concern for veer, but at least she should have shown curiosity as to who is trying to kill the cheels, other than herself... But obviously she is caught up in jai drama and morni drama so ofcoruse she won't be thinking about that matter now.... Still I wish she would think about it sooner...

Hmm, yes... Daksh using spectacles is a mystery... But maybe as he is the only one who could smell a snake with complete precision, maybe his other senses could be weak, as pointed out by some member here in the form...

Yeah, the supporting characters are a disappointment... Jai's whole family is missing so is bani's family.... I guess meera would have a larger role but when and how, don't know... Tapish seems a mysterious character too, but for now he looks malnutritioned in terms of character development.... Maybe we will have to wait for their characters to develop further....

Well, let's see the how the relationship between papa cheel and naagin bahu develops...
