I heard that they were dating or something. He only used Shehnaaz to create a love angle because she was also a strong candidate. Asim, the other strong candidate, saw right through is a facade and walked away.

We won't be spared from Shukla unless he becomes a big superstar and gets some work otherwise he will keep on appearing on BB in coming seasons
