Last I checked IMMJ2 is an ITV show and aren't such scenes common in ITV? OTT platforms are there to refresh brain.

Even the most unconventional ITV shows have shown such stuff. Arnav-Khushi signature was her holding his lapel, Maan-Geet had tawiz, Shivaay-Anika had water throwing and tears, Armaan Riddhima had kangan, Riansh have sindoor.. I am not saying you are wrong just ITV had always been like this even IMMJ1 with all its thrill (it was more hardcore as Deep was cheap) always had cheesy moments.
