Of course, it's not. Its the fault of the society.

All the more reason to stay away if you are a woman. It's always the woman's fault; not the illness.

That people need to learn about percentages a bit. Saying that 90% of India takes drugs is such a gross exagerration.

  1. There need to be more awarness regarding mental health and no not from celebs who are using and abusing their platform and this subject for their own good
  2. Stop idolising celebs
  3. Don't use illegal drugs you don't know where they come from and where the money goes and spread awarness regarding substance abuse
  4. Bollywood and Media are shitty af with no morals

We should fix the society that doesn’t take mental illness seriously instead of saying “stay away from mentally ill people”, that only isolates them more.

I think people may look awesome on the outside, like they have everything and on the inside they can be suffering immensely. I guess money, or looks or fame does not bring happiness.

It's my personal choice to avoid. I'm not going to do any social work at the expense of my life.

Help them? Yes.

Marry/date them? No.

You may not see it that way but this kind of generalisation is harmful to mentally ill people. That they’re not worthy of being in relationships. As if there’s something bad in them that they should be avoided.

Sorry but other people are not rehab centers or nurses for the mentally ill. In India, nobody understands mental illness and there is a lot of hate for women in general. If you're a woman, never date or marry a mentally ill man. Anything and everything that goes wrong will be blamed on the partner. She will be called names and accused of being a witch and gold-digger who was taking advantage of him and his poor mental condition. There will be accusations of black magic and even the girl's family will be harassed.

Don't throw yourself into the fire for anyone else. Self-preservation is important.
