Dr says since this is early pregnancy, Kuhu just needs a tablet and not surgery to terminate the pregnancy and asks her to fill a form. Mishti is crying saying she wishes she could be pregnant so she didn't have to trouble Kuhu and feels bad she is going through a difficult time. Abir consoles her saying even if others can't see, they can see how much care she takes of Kuhu and tells her their baby is lucky that it will have a mom like her. Meenu is at the hospital and sees someone who looks like Kuhu and goes to her.
