Kuhu is lying and pretending to everyone that she’s doing this for altruistic reason to help Mishti. BB will reward her well with property and importance in the family.

The Parul comparison clinched the deal for BB, that always works with Kuhu who is terrified that she will be relegated to Parul’s position in the family as her DIL and the stepson’s wife.

Mishbir scene was the only saving grace in this episode. Abir is sad about the adoption thing and Mishti tries to cheer him up with her charming goofy antics, dancing weirdly with dandiya sticks. Abir laughs at her antics and his grief/stress vanishes. Then another temple run 😆 Abir chasing Mishti, he trips and falls in her arms and it ends with their embrace and eye lock.

Precap: Kuhu convinces Mishbir that she’s doing this as return favor because Mishti and Abir always sacrificed their own happiness for KuKu. Mishbir are convinced that she’s doing it out of the goodness of her heart Mishti nods at Abir and he smiles in consent, then all four group hug!

If the situation wasn’t so pukeworthy I would like their unity but.....Kuhu as Mishbir surrogate will always be unacceptable!
Better that Mishbir remain childless than Kuhu be the birth mother of their child, it’s too incestuous somehow. 🤢

I wonder if Mishbir will ever find out that Kuhu is doing this for selfish motives and greed.

If CVs want to redeem Kuhu they will show her genuinely happy to help Mishbir but I’m sure BB will play Kuhu’s motherhood against Mishti’s inability to carry a child. She will play her dirty games again like she’s been doing ever since Mishbir and KuKu wedding. I just hope Mishti remains the strong fighter and doesn’t relapse into a crying victim of domestic abuse.

Kuhu is not selfless but I don't think that she have any hidden motive today which might change tomorrow. Her motive is clear that she is doing everything for her and Kunal future security which is quite true as Meenu is dangerous and will do anything to Kunal.

Varsha and BM are trying to explain it will be very difficult to give up the baby after carrying it for 9 months, and that it is her first baby so she has no idea how she will feel. But they think because it is MishBir and they will all stay together, everything will be hunky dory. Dono kuhuland mein chale gaye. Yes, Abir is quite right that Meenu might have manipulated Kuhu. He predicted it right so he might investigate in upcoming episodes or just accept the idea as both Kuhu and Kunal are forcing him and Mishti. Kuhu can't be trusted as she herself is not sure what she wants. She might be easily played by Meenu or Jas by using insecurities.

@bold: yes. I mentioned the same thing too. Kuhu may actually give the baby to mishbir, because

a. she isn't ready to take responsibility neither is kunal.

b. she has to give the child away, in order for Mishti to always be in-debt to her. If she kept the child, then it would be like mishbir returning the favour (hisaab-baraabar), but she wants mishbir to be forever grateful to her. So she won't keep the baby.

but haan, if she does get attached. then that's a separate problem.

Meenu is going to do exactly that. Use kuhu against mishti. But during that if kuhu gets attached to child n doesn't want to give it up what she will do. I believe mishbir should just give the asli waaris to kuhu - meenu(thinking it as sacrifice for kuhu) n get on with their lives move into new house n adopt n be happy.
