Nandu - she told everyone at RJV MishBir will be saying thank you to her everyday. She told Mahs and Kunal ki woh duniyadaari jaanti hai. She hasn't really hidden anything if people can read it right.

I don't that she is not that brilliant or intelligent to excute her plans.

Maybe by surrogacy, she might think that it helps all four as Mishbir gets the baby and KuKu the future promised by Meenu. Thats why she is doing everything.
