That’s fair to ask (not sure if those are significantly inflated damages she’s seeking though).

She was injured (loss of the building) through the actions of another, she deserves to be compensated.

It doesn’t matter if others could use the money, etc.. She was damaged, she can ask for compensation (monetary).

Rest is up to the courts.

Give her noting. Get her out of Bollywood

The most she could probably get if it's ruled illegal (and it probably will be) are the cost of furnishings she could have removed with longer notice.
