Even if it's illegal construction, I have heard people usually use the space like that and the govt is okay with it. Here its about revenge, otherwise they should have done it in Jan 2020.

In the end it doesn't matter if its done for revenge or to make a public point if they have legal grounds to demolish it especially when they've done it to far bigger stars than her for lesser construction infractions. The temporary judicial stay was because they found she was not given due notice.
