Disappointing track & worse ending

Hello folks , probably my last topic regarding this season. Anyway...

What was the point of this twin track ?

They could have kept the twin alive alongside Veer to create more chaos. They dedicated one episode to acknowledge the existence of the twin and the next to his death.

What a lost opportunity ! It's like they've sworn to make the show worse.

The shadi track was a joke as well , what exactly was that.

So the end product is that Veer will start hating Bani for killing his lookalike which implies the show is taking even a more toxic turn.

Or he will make Bani marry him which makes no sense. Bani does not need saving. Noone saw her killing Veer's twin. So I don't exactly know who she needs "protection" from.

Also want to point out how they're making a joke out of assault , romanticising it.

Bani trying to prove her innocence irked me more.

And no animalistic nature is not the answer to this behaviour. He has a human side to him TO use that goddamn head. Him having an underlying motive to whatever he did ( saving his friend from Noor ) made it seem like he had some redeeming qualities. But no underlying motive can justify what he did yesterday.

Cannot believe what Naagin is delivering this season , after Ritik , Mahir , Dev and even Rocky , from whatever I've seen.

Just wanted to appreciate the improvement in Surbhi's acting in the last two episodes. Her expressions are on point , yesterday's fight with that twin looked real. She was struggling with her voice & expressions in Naagin avatar but she's doing a lot better now.

Probably won't be continuing anymore , FOR ME they've destroyed this season enough.

Had a great time here with everyone even though I didn't agree with a lot of things but I loved reading the theories and predictions. This forum has one of the best writers I must say ! 🤗

Surbhi really did fantastic, I think she just needed time to sink in to the role and she is definitely seeming more comfortable than before.

This all seems super abrupt, I agree to an extent. They really didn't need to KILL anyone for this marriage to happen. There were a 100 different ways it could have been achieved. Now this twin thing seems like such a plot device.

But I agree that now story has no head or tail now.. but I feel the story is gonna start now... they have made some changes I feel..

But the track had started now.. I think slowly story is gonna reveal now... without seeing it's not good to jump Into conclusion..

As far as I know there is more what is shown in precap..

As far as here v r assuming the marriage track.. some feels it's gonna be forced marriage and revenge.. some feels it's g0nna be to prptect Bani...veer is gonna marry her..

But what's there v have to wait and watch it...

It's their individual wish to watch or not to watch a show... but my opinion ( Am not forcing) is to give a chance... still if it's disappoints u it's up to u...

And to be frank am not supporting anything.. am a normal audience.. have only watched S3 up to a time...never watched any other seàosns..

So i dont know about any other ML or FL... in S3 it was a human and 🐍

For me it's 1st time am watching a season from beginning...

They wanted to make sure bani marries veer that is why they needed a strong reason for her to marry him.. but ordinary human cant kill a cheel so if veer thinks bani killed his brother without having any powers is complete stupidity...

Agree, they completely ruined the story. Even though i don’t like it, I’m still going to watch it though.

Surbhi has improved in every way. In her Naagin avatar , in her romantic scenes with Jai. I'm glad she's carrying out the Naagin legacy gracefully. This season might not turn out to be a hit but at least Surbhi is proving that she is a Naagin material too.

It is. They are taking drastic steps for trp but drastic steps should produce a logical result. This killing was unnecessary. This is a big fat revelation that Veer has a twin which they gave away within 1 and half episode. Very bad writing and execution

From where I see it, I don't think the twin was planned from the beginning. They probably introduced it to bring about a twist to boost trps. To jet speed to Veer and Bani's wedding, induce a stronger reason for "revenge" and remove Jay from the picture, even if temporarily. And all the hullabaloo for some degree of 'revamp'. Despite this, some things remain unclear. I am assuming next week's episode will reveal more in showing how Veer and Bani and the rest of the character's change in terms of dynamics and how the story progresses.

The twin IS/WAS simply a short lived plot device, yes (He might probably come up in flashbacks or return from the death later on, as another member pointed out to me). To be honest, I don't mind this fact and am not bothered by it. A twin imo would have clutter the story at this point. Neither does it bother me as much that Bani is trying to try and prove her innocence regarding the twin's death, or that Veer will be mad at Bani for causing it. The characters and story had to lead to a high point to switch gears. For me, it is also a chance to properly showcase the journey of Veer and Bani's love story with more depth.

What DID bother me however, was some of Veer's actions with Bani in the recent episode. I do get that Veer is grey or even dark character. Keeping that in mind, he will do questionable things that are skewed in the moral sense whether there was a sane underlying reason or not. But It still made me extremely uncomfortable, especially when Bani was trying to wriggle out of his hold during the dance. That too in front of everyone. It was harassment and somewhat of a humiliation for Bani. I wish that everything Veer did aside, at least when it comes to Bani, he had stayed true and proper.

EDIT - YES, I too feel that Surbhi did amazingly in last night's episode despite the shoddy execution and direction imo.

Actually I think if you haven't been a Naagin fan since the beginning you have a different perspective of seeing things , which is fine.

I never liked Veer because of his obsessive nature but I didn't completely hate him either. I believed he had some redeeming qualities. But whatever happened yesterday was never shown in the Naagin history , romance was carried out very differently which I liked.

This is not what I signed up for.

It's not just ML though , the storyline is not gripping enough either. And this step they took wasn't planned , otherwise they wouldn't have rushed with this twin veer storyline. They're aimlessly throwing shots for trp hoping to grab more eyeballs.

They ruined S4 by this strategy and they're doing it again in S5.

Hope the storyline improves and they pick up the trp race , only for the sake of the actors.

Sharad and Surbhi are putting a lot of effort , for the show , I really hope Naagin gets back in the race.

It is.

1) Because Veer still didn't see Bani in her Naagin Avatar.

2) He still probably thinks she's a human.

3) A normal human isn't capable of killing a cheel.

4) Most importantly , noone , absolutely noone saw Bani killing Veer's twin so regardless of her being a Naagin or a human she would have remained unharmed. Also how is Veer marrying Bani gonna 'protect' her from the cheel clan. Infact he's bringing the aafat in his own home & life. His entire family is supernatural , how long will they take to figure out that Bani is a Naagin. She's at a higher risk.

Yes agreed. I mean it’s obvious it’s due to TRP but why introduce twin? Just get them married somehow release a really impactful promo. Marriage toh honi hi hai, this is every season of naagin. I mean this twin thing should have been revealed later not now and definitely it didn’t need to be a reason for wedding.

If she can kill his twin, why would she marry him?
