I don't know why this show is making us over think and I hate it, like medical scenes in serials

Why is Riddhu in a coma for a gun shot to the shoulder, no explanation if the bullet hit a artery or anything but in a coma at home not hospital

even if bullets effected the nerve connected to the arm, that doesn't justify critical condition of life

Where is Ragini, or is she Riddhu and that why she took the bullet for Vansh, or maybe she just can't see anyone hurt
