you mean to say they will show some other paper and claim it to be the charge sheet..........what about Adv Ujjwal Nikam........... i have seen all his debates and he is pretty straight-forward and seems to be quiet neutral when it comes to this case.........i am sure he must've read the charge sheet given his position in legal fraternity

another thing I wanted to add, when NCB deputy chief spoke to the press after showik and Zaid was arrested he said there is no term like peddling or consuming in NDPS act...... all they recognize is consumption, transportation and one more name he took which considers it as a criminal act or not.....

another thing i noticed is that everyone is trying to make sense of the legal jargons......so yea it is true that we need to be more vigilant and not get carried away

You know there is a reason why Rhea gathered enormous support..the reason is too much of RHea by the media.,it will always raises a brow that how shall only she is involved and not sushanth. Yesterday Vikas singh the lawyer said it's her case and not want to comment on it,but didnt he see it had Ssr name along with every one..right from dipesh to rhea except showik everyone pointed out Ssr. In this evasive situation a lawyer cannot walk away by these silly comments.he may not act professionally evry time..he could have said we should.look upon it!+

Rhea has been not only arrested for buying and financing of drugs.. She has been booked under various sections of NDPS..

Section 20(B) . "produces, manufactures, possesses, sells, purchases, transports, imports inter-State, exports inter-State or uses cannabis, shall be punishable."

Section 27(A) of NDPS Act pertains to the consumption of any narcotic drug or psychotropic substance. This particular section prescribes the punishment for a person consuming a narcotic drug or psychotropic substance that includes cocaine, morphine, diacetylmorphine or any other narcotic drug/psychotropic substance (hence, obvious that the drugs she has consumed were not limited to simple weeds or marijuana as being propogated by Rheatoids)

Section 28 of the NDPS Act provides for punishment for any offender slapped with the NDPS Act.

Section 29 of the NDPS Act lays out the Punishment for abetment and criminal conspiracy. It states that anyone who abets or is a party to a criminal conspiracy shall be punishable with the prescribed penalty provided for the offence. (whether or not the abetment and criminal conspiracy pertains to late SSR is something unkown. But it is quite likely to be that way on the basis of confessions extracted from co-accusers/co-conspirators. 25 GB of digital retrieve must have evidences corroborating it further.)

She would have got a bail easily, especially with Maneshinde's cunning ways if the charges against her were not grave or bailable..

They clearly said she is an active member of syndicate. Thats enough and you should not read other parts of it lol

It's the responsibility of CBI and the family to prove the point!
