Arnab in his debate used the word drug kingpin......a lawyer objected to that word, but even Adv Ujjwal Nikam who himself is a very good lawyer accepted that the charges is of worse scenario then just consuming and peddling..............it seems section 27a is the worst of all......

If our agenda is to find the truth and seek justice then we should be very careful and logical too!

What did republic tv said,that she was charged for peddling,but what was the charge sheet..just buying and financing for drugs..i agree its a crime! But does that make her a peddlar ,then NO...but shall this be final again No...this is the preliminary investigation! So wait till the end!!

I remember seeing in the chargesheet filed by NCB "she is an active member of drug syndicate" That's one hell of an accusation; much more than consuming or selling 2 gms of marijuana.

What BMC did proves Kangana interview on drugs is true. Very heartbreaking to see her office being destroyed.

but Arnab read from the official charge sheet....... when the lady lawyer objected to the word kingpin, he said i have read the charge sheet here it is in my hand and i am not going to curb myself from using the word 'kingpin'

you mean to say they will show some other paper and claim it to be the charge sheet..........what about Adv Ujjwal Nikam........... i have seen all his debates and he is pretty straight-forward and seems to be quiet neutral when it comes to this case.........i am sure he must've read the charge sheet given his position in legal fraternity

another thing I wanted to add, when NCB deputy chief spoke to the press after showik and Zaid was arrested he said there is no term like peddling or consuming in NDPS act...... all they recognize is consumption, transportation and one more name he took which considers it as a criminal act or not.....

another thing i noticed is that everyone is trying to make sense of the legal jargons......so yea it is true that we need to be more vigilant and not get carried away
