Is it true that any case coming under Ssr death should be investigated by CBI only..was that a true statement or a media propaganda which doesn't even exists in first place..anyone have proofs of the court order here!
It is absolutely true..
Supreme court in its verdict has clearly said:
"42..........................................................................................................................................................................,if any other case is registered on the death of the actor Sushant Singh Rajput and the surrounding circumstances of his unnatural death, the CBI is directed to investigate the new case as well. It is ordered accordingly"..
Ishkaran had said in a debate conducted by Republic TV immediately after the verdict that the SC uses the phrase "surrounding circumstances" very rarely. In this case they did, meaning that whatever other cases come up in due course of investigation has to be investigated by the CBI only. The same phrase also gave way to reopening of Disha Shalian's case..
