I think Non-bailable offences are the ones where only court can grant bail based on circumstances and it is not matter of right ... so I think it depends on court .. I googled it and found-

Non-bailable offences are serious offences where bail is a privilege and only the courts can grant it. On being arrested and taken into custody for a serious or non-bailable crime, a person cannot ask to be released on bail as a matter of right.

NCB is sending rhea into judicial custody instead of taking her into remand ..

Maneshinde took a dig saying NCB koi ehsaan nahi kar rahi ... her lawyer is now preparing papers documents for her bail ..

Does it mean judicial custody has certain advantage over remand in term of bail? ..
