I think Abir's cricket team dialogue meant that he is actually on board, heart and soul, with adoption as a means to have kids. I mean, till the last episode, he was wallowing in self pity and also feeling bad for Mishti's pain and a lot of other dard bhare emotions. He was trying to accept being childless for life and loving KuKu's kids. But he was still standing in a tunnel of darkness.

Now, he has seen the light at the end of the tunnel after speaking to Badi Maa. A lot of people are sketchy about adoption and it takes time to make that choice. But Abir, who is aware of the hard truths of his and Mishti's lives/childhoods, already started viewing the solution in crystal clarity ever since he had the eureka moment.

It's like when you're in full josh about something exciting/important in your life and you go all, " Main ye, ye, ye, sab kuch kar lungi. Sab ho jayega."

Also I'm not able to understand him.. Why is he getting so desperate. Personally I don't want mishbir to adopt a kid, I want mishti to bear the Rajvansh heir. Mishbir fans have already decided their names for God's sake. Anyways even if he now wants to adopt but at least adopt after a few years of marriage, why is he in so much hurry? Duniya khatam ho rahi hai kya?

Since the beginning of this track abir has been disappointing me. I'm not liking him at all maybe because he is the one who started this bachha jaap even before living a proper simple marital life with mishti.

Yes, Abir stood by her, supported her but most of the problems in mishti's life are because she married abir.. Abir se shaadi kiya tabhi use ek aisi saas mili Jo usse nafrat karti hai, she is forced to live in the same house with kuhu who has been bullying her since childhood and when she stands up for herself abir tells her to compromise and apologise to kuhu.. Both the times abir supported kuhu and mishti had to face the consequences.. If abir would have supported mishti in this matter then mishti wouldn't have got those injuries and she'd have conceived.

I love MishBir, but the way abir is not thinking about mishti's injuries and is not taking a second opinion and instead is getting desperate to adopt a kid even before they complete one year of their marriage is pissing me off.

Ya I agree.. But after adopting a cricket team mishbir only have to look after them na. It's not as if he won't let them stay with him. So do they have that capacity and are they capable enough to look after the cricket team? And after making a cricket team will mishbir have time for each other? Khair waise bhi inko kya zaroorat hai ek dusre ke sath time spend karne ki, dono ek dusre ko khudh se zyaada jaante hai, toh koi masla hi nhi hai. Good luck abir 👍🏼 enjoy with your cricket team.

It's just a hyperbole: figure of speech often used to overstate a point to convey its significance or impact. In this case, i think it only means that Abir is truly and wholeheartedly happy at this turn of events. Because if you remember, till yesterday he wasn't! And a lot of us, like Kunal, were commiserating with his plight, debating about whether he needs to compromise, whether adoption is the way to go and other moral conflicts. Now the air is clear. Atleast to me.

italics:I don't know about desperation but umm..when is the right time exactly? So many couples have their first kid soon after marriage. Some wait voluntarily for various reasons. Abir had his reasons for planning a family as he conveyed to Mishti- Mishti was hesitant for personal reasons(thinking she can't be a good mother)-Mish's doubt was cleared by Badi Maa and she was finally ready and excited too. That's what I saw happening onscreen. One of Abir's immediate reactions to Mish's medical condition was also repenting starting the whole baby talk (because he was also worried about Mishti's reaction)-this was lost amidst his other sorrows. This rules out desperation, in my opinion.

He just wanted to be a father. Just because.

Arey sach mein he is not going to have a cricket team re , he was overwhelmed and he said the dailogue 😆 don't take it seriously

When we are overwhelmed we also say many things out of emotions which we don't really mean but say it out of effect
