Honestly, it could be a suicide.. it could very well be true that Sushant was in panic or hysteria.. but if his sister feels his condition wasn't that of someone who could commit suicide, she has the right to question it.. if she believes his depression was medicine induced, she has the right to have the angle investigated.. as long as it is done legally, no one should have a problem

Come on, whats the fault of Pithani? That he came all the way from his hometown to be with SSR when he asked him to? It's not fair to do this to this boy when all he did was be with SSR.

You can get depression as a side effect but not clinical depression. Bipolar is hereditary. The fact that the mother had this and the sisters knew is sad that they are hiding it now and blaming all on Rhea.

Besides can you believe that 5 professional doctors would wrongly diagnose a patient?

This is interesting. I have no reason to doubt this doctor, especially if he actually treated SSR. In the US, if you believe a person is endangering themselves or others, you can have them committed to a hospital, against their will if necessary. Can you not do that in India?

Or does the law say you have to take them to a resort for treatment instead?

Actually, u need proof first which means u have to wait for the person to cause harm then you can have them committed. Look at Britney and Kanye, remember how they took Brit away in a trolley when she locked her kid up together with her in a room.
