what people arent understanding (ofcourse they wont as they think Ishkaran is attention-seeker) that NCB wont file a case so easily if the drugs are for personal consumption........as Ishkaran mentioned in his video, they look at the quantity and if they get proof that a person is acquiring it for selling then he / she becomes a drug-peddler and an FIR is filed on their names......... they target the peddlers more......

just like Railway's ATS squad who target people buying tickets in bulk and selling it in black (its illegal) they never arrest people who buy those tickets by paying more money as that is not a crime but selling Railway tickets in black is a crime in India....
