i dont think that is legal. You cant buy drink or food that already have cbd in it.

But for coffee, oil will just remain on the top and wont mix with water, it's a waste because the oil will stuck in the cup, plus the best benefit is by holding under the tongue as long as you can. Otherwise the benefit will not be there as much.

Hemp oil is relatively safe and there are high and low end skincare brands selling.

But CBD is dangerous. The thc content is high in cbd oil. But rhea can get away with it coz it's unregulated. Hemp nd cbd oil are used interchangeably with no regulations
