From a topic in MF I remembered I used to think raveena and twinkle were sisters

I thought that the bride enters the SR wala kamra in her wedding attire. I realized much later that it wasn't the case in my community at least. I changed after the grih pravesh.. Got ready for the reception.. Changed again after returning.. 🤣

In many communities that actually happens till date. For many the wedding and reception almost never happens on the same day, and the entire program is spread out over at least a week, and usually 10 days.

I was pleasantly shocked when I realized that for many communities in Maharashtra and in the South everything wraps up - hold your breath - in a day! It's almost unthinkable from where I come from.. 😊

So, it isn't real?😆 I still thought this happens in real ....wearing same wedding attire, going in the room first, and husband comes and opens the ghunghat 🤣

In our, wedding is so simple ... everything is completed in 5-6 hours

Nope.. No ghunghat as i am south Indian.. In the community I hail from, the wedding happens in the morning and reception in the evening.. Mehndi is a recent pre wedding ritual.. Else things are pretty simple unless one is looking for new ways of blowing money

I thought TV soaps are actual lifr stories od people some where in India and people in Indoa are also watching my life story on TV.
