Unfortunately iss baar something went wrong and Pillu paid the prize, so she's obviously venting her anger. A kid's life isn't something to play with, they should have tried to look for some other way.

And fact is, Malhar could've told the hospital to keep looking for another donor as he didn't think this one could do it, without telling Kallu as to not anger her since she wouldn't stop singing Trilok's praises at the time.

I think post leap Mallu will want to stay away from Kallu because he'll be afraid of causing her possibly anymore harm. Hence, maybe, accepting a marriage proposal brought by Baapji, who'll be ecstatic to no more have links to the D's... Sarthak may be the one who brings his nephew out of this state of mind.
