Or, is it the value of the property Rhea bought? If she got 14 crore from Sushant account, who paid her the remaining 36 crores? Is it for remaining quiet?

Exactly my thoughts. The details shud be kept private and SSR family lawyer needs to stop appearing for media intv’s. Maneshinde is an expert in his field. He has the ability to win this case so leaking info will only make matters worse.

Pls understand you have to disclose EVERYTHING you have to the accused so they can prepare their defense

If you hide anything it will NOT be admitted as evidence.

Here are my thoughts about the whole thing:

If it's indeed a suicide,

With respect to depression (that can tag along Bipolar Disorder) not necessarily creeping in an individual because of one reason,

Case 1: Suicide (Backing Rhea)

Since Sushant is known to be deeply sensitive, Masand's blinds calling Sushant a skirt chaser, a drug addict, a "big dud" upset him and it affected him seeing his fans that he earned - whom he valued so much doubting his character. Most importantly those blots on his reputation/image that he has built himself, on his own without any godfathers affected him further. And then the fake MeToo allegations accentuated that fear. It's not easy handling your own demons plus the public image that you have to display - in this case, men are the principal target and ripped apart easily. That took a toll on his mental health and he slowly eased himself away from the public eye, and resorted to medical treatment. Rhea, his biggest support, was with him throughout but on the 8th of June, hell broke loose and she left him. That was already a blow and then Disha Salian's news emerges with the title "Sushant Singh Rajput's ex-manager commits suicide". His anxiety gets in, because his name gets dragged into something negative (Disha dying), bringing back that trauma. And then in a weak moment, he succumbs to that fear.

^ And that's probably what her lawyer will try presenting - but then there has to be proof.

Questions:

1. Why would he constantly be changing numbers since so many months?

2. Why didn't Rhea inform his family about all of it? Sure, he might have told her not to do it, but if she lived with him, she must have known that he was in a bad state. His family deserved to know. They deserved to know what medicines he was taking

3. The bank statements and testifying by so many people. How can you use so much of his money while he's not in the correct mental state?

4. While I'm aware and undersand that your own mental health is important, didn't you at all feel like calling/texting someone you call as your eternal love to check on him since you left (at least when his manager died and his name got dragged in it?)? Genuine question.

5. What's with those poojas with lemons she used to perform?

6. WHY would the family dislike Rhea so much and put so many allegations on her, and why would Sushant's staff say that he became depressed/changed since she came into his life?

7. Why did she do a 180-degree turn when it comes to the CBI investigation if she's not guilty? And why was she so adamant about the Bihar police not investigating? Thorough investigation would help exonerate her if she's not guilty right?

Case 2 : Abetment to suicide by Rhea (backing Sushant's family)

Sushant meets Rhea on the 14th of April at a common friend's party, and then they start dating in no time (probably because he was vulnerable after breaking up with Kriti?). In reality, here was a girl who wanted to trap him for money. So then the incident of Rhea accusing Sushant's sister of molesting her happens. Blindly in love, he believes her and he isolates herself from his family, staying with her. He slowly starts seeing her true colours (something happened during the Europe trip? like that former assistant of his had mentioned) and apologizes to his sisters. But by that time, his mental health starts getting worse (overdose of strong medicines for psychotic patients - her dad is a doctor -, or her controlling behaviour, or both?) and on confronting her, Rhea threatens him of disclosing his mental health reports to the public, using his sensitivity for his image to her advantage. That might have rendered him helpless to her actual gold-digging intentions. Rhea and her family start exerting control over his life, use his money for their own purposes and blackmail him so as to keep his mouth shut. Rhea even adds to his misery with her spirit stories (her 17-year old friend's aatma who'll harm ayone who harms her and haunted house stories) to ensure his bad mental health and that disturbs him further (maybe she even took advantage of potential side effects of his medicines, idk). One day, they have a fight because he's exhausted with her shite/she leaves because he has no money left. While leaving/breaking-up with him, she threatens him not to reveal anything about her otherwise she'll prove that he's crazy/she'll blackmail him with something we probably don't know (Maybe she's an escort?). And then Disha dies with his name on the headlines, bringing that image thing again in front of him, and he just gives up on his life, everything dawning upon him.

(Just my thoughts, certain details might or not be true)

Now if it's a murder,

Case 3: The Disha Salian death secret

The exact same thing of Case 1 (irrespective of the mental health part). So just like Sushant's aide and his anonymous friend on Republic TV said, Sushant got a call from Disha on the 8th (Rhea has already left). Disha told him that at that party that had big names - that Arnab knows about - there were people who had asked her to come with them at some farmhouse but she wasn't interested. Then something happens and she calls him again, telling him everything and warning him not to leave his house. But then Disha supposedly 'commits suicide' and Sushant is disturbed (which is why Smita said that he was saying "Oh god, they will finish me" once he gets to know about Disha's death). Fed up, he decides to organise a press conference (pretty sure someone confirmed he was about to do that) to reveal everything about Disha. Before doing that, he also confides in Sandip, his trusted friend, and there goes Sushant's most terrible mistake... That guy alas turns out to be a crook who works for the 'big names' of the party (as claimed by someone who spoke to Arnab yesterday) and he informs them about Sushant's next step. And then you can guess the rest - framing his murder to make it look like a suicide.

Note:

- Sandip Ssingh was with someone who works for the Maha government (the man himself confirmed it) at the time Sushant died while he said that he had been at home. So this guy is suspicious.

- Siddharth Pithani said that him and Deepesh alone took the body down, but then so did the ambulance and the cook. PLUS, Sandip said that he had seen the body hanging from outside the room. He knew about the height between the ceiling and Sushant's bed too. BUT Pithani says nobody saw the body except him and Deepesh, and he said that they took it down before the police arrived. So what the hell? Someone is definitely lying.

Questions:

1. Did the big names pressurize Siddharth Pithani (the guy who changed statements so many times) to conceal the truth?

Case 4: The Disha Salian death secret + Rhea's shenanigans

Case 3 + Case 2 combined but not linked. Doesn't take away from the torture Rhea inflicted upon him.

Case 5: Rhea is linked to the big names - fear of being exposed translates into plans.

Case 2 and then the title of this case pretty much speaks for itself.

I personally feel that it might be a mix of two or more things (a combination of Rhea, his mental health, his image spoiling, threats from big names, secrets related to Disha Salian's death, people close to him betraying him) that collectively effed Sushant's mind up.

One thing though, I feel that Rhea is no doodh ki dhooli.

Case 1 and Case 3 are officially omitted from my mind.

The Bollywood mafia might have trusted the late actor for a while but found him too hot to handle or he confronted them and invited trouble
