Uddav Cabinet ought not to have decided that the State will not permit a CBI Inquiry. The High Courts and SC can overrule that and direct CBI inquiry. I did that in Tamil Nadu when a dominant caste through Police rampaged a 100% Scheduled Caste village. CM, JJ had opposed it.

Why do people ask for CBI enquiry... Whats so different than normal police enquiry.

Sushant Singh Rajput case: Supreme Court lawyer writes letter to the Chief Justice of Bombay HC seeking probe through independent agencyBy - TIMESOFINDIA.COM

In the latest on the Sushant Singh Rajput case, a Supreme Court Lawyer, Sarthak Nayak has written a letter to the Chief Justice of the Bombay High court, seeking an independent inquiry into the mysterious demise of the actor.Primis Player Placeholder

The lawyer has proposed an inquiry by an independent body like the CBI or SIT (Special Investigation Team) by a retired judge into this probe, states a report on Times Now. The report further goes on to state that the move was made on “interesting grounds,” keeping in mind that two state police have now been involved in the case.

Citing ‘problems in co-ordination’ between the Mumbai police and the Bihar police, and hence ‘in the best interest of justice’ to start the independent probe. The lawyer also states that as no part of the crime was committed in Bihar, but in Mumbai, and hence, just the fact that complainant Sushant’s father decided (to file the case in Patna) it does not conform jurisdiction in Patna.

He also stated that when Rhea was being questioned by the Mumbai police, Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh had tweeted that ‘Sushant had committed suicide owing to depression born out of professional rivalry’ and had even thanked the Mumbai police in his tweet. ‘It was an attempt to save Rhea’ he claims.

He also referred to the Aruchi Talwar case and said that by the time the investigation was taken over by the CBI, it was ‘too late to collect evidence’ and make a water-tight case. He claimed that ‘evidence had already been destroyed and tampered’ by then and the same had to be ‘avoided’ in the Sushant Singh Rajput case.

He also claimed that the police have been ‘beating around the bush’ and that while the questioning has been on, ‘no FIR has been filed’.

Sushant’s father on Tuesday went public about his FIR filed against Rhea, alleging ‘abetment to suicide’, ‘cheating’ and many other claims.

A SIT of the Bihar Police has arrived in Mumbai and has already begun their investigations. The team has also been going through evidence collected by the Mumbai police in this case.

It is done more on a national level and a much bigger scale. And there is less conflict of interest involved as the Mumbai Police that are investigating the same Bollywood mafia that they have parties and other social events with.

Ab bolo BW walo, Sushant family is grieving , they are dignified. Lets them grieve, let him go with peace. Let him rest in peace. Lets celebrate his work. He chose to go away silently. Utter crap.

I feel so bad for this family, lost their youngest son in such an ugly manner, where justice seems a dream. They would have to fight it long. They fighting against powerful people. The old father , he did not deserve to see this. Every time I see that face of his where he is in shock, just after he got to know about Sushant's death, my heart breaks into pieces.

Louder, louder for the people in the back! Nobody would want their son to go away silently in terms of a verdict on the spot like Mumbai Police!

How do people even come up with such WT* statements , "People understand, Sushant chose to go silently. ". Would one accept this silence, if someone close to him/her suddenly goes away this way. Will they grieve in silence. Now that they are raising voice, his family no more dignified.? Talk about family now , apologies to family now, that you actually chose to believe that "he left and it was all because he wanted to..silently"
