His father is still saying it was suicide but he he wants certain people close to him under abetment, which is their right because they actually KNEW him, unlike the 100 million of us on twitter and IF.

I suppose his father did not know about his depression. I mean we all dont bother our aged parents with our health usually. I guess that happened in this case also. I remember his father did say that Sushant told him he feels low these days and when the father offered to come there , Sushant said he is fine and will take care of things. Long back also I remember Sushant saying that he doesnt bother his father with his problems.

The fact that they went ahead to file a case in BIhar, says a lot about how much trust they have in Mumbai Police with regards to this case. Looks like a team has been sent to Mumbai. They waited enough for Mumbai Police.

Read the article again. It says he filed it in Bihar because his health is poor and he wont be able to go to court in Mumbai everytime

It seems like they’re going after Rhea based on the fact that she was named with her brother in those companies Sushant was allegedly starting. Which, to be fair, I thought it was strange that he started all that with her since it didn’t seem like his family approved even when he was alive. I don’t think that they’re going after anyone else in BW though cuz it would’ve probably been reported.
