That sounds completely false

I dont know the facts of the case, Legally speaking, Rhea and those intimately attached to him/living with him are one of the few who can be easily charged with abetting the suicide in a clear way. The law is made in such a way, keeping in mind let's say a woman who has been harassed for dowry or mentally tortured by her husband etc or a man.
