If these are , section used then they are accusing Rhea of abettement of suicide, theft of property, breach of trust in property,Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property, and wrongfully confining Sushant.
OMG. The whole situation is now looking so confusing. But the way it kept on coming out , I mean the news released by people close to Rhea on how Sushant was turning into a trouble maker and how much his girlfriend tried to save him, hours after his death. I always felt it was very insensitive from their end.

One I am sure was SIddarth Pithani, who was given Pic credits for almost all Rhea's pics .However reportedly she told police they were not in good terms and she wanted him out of the house. Dont know how true is that one.
As per reports, Sushant was diagnosed with depression like six months ago.. there has been a lockdown for the most part.. and Mumbai is among the most affected areas.. in all likelihood, Sushant or anyone wouldn't want their aged parents to come to a hotspot in such times and would in all probability downplayed his mental stress

Ummm I would say great that they've taken steps that were right for THEM. God forbid if someone in my family dies under difficult circumstances, the last thing I would want would be random strangers on social media telling me what to do, heckling me and blaming the person who died and their co workers.
Everyone else was taking it to crazy extents like murder by Kjo/Chopra/Dawood/Actual Mafia so please dont pretend it was dignified at all. It was just ridiculous. People were saying police was doing this in cahoots with the mafia!!
His father is still saying it was suicide but he he wants certain people close to him under abetment, which is their right because they actually KNEW him, unlike the 100 million of us on twitter and IF.
They still did everything with dignity, without blaming random, unconnected people or furthering their vendetta.
