He can file any lawsuit he wants to, I'm just saying its pretty obvious to everyone why he's doing it now as opposed to doing it before.

Did you read the comments he got when he announced his kids? People made all sorts of comments about them and his family.

They did.. they made comments about his sexuality and the kids' blond hairs and everything else.. however, he wasn't getting comments about how his kids should die or his mother should get raped in bulk during the time or ever.. that happened now

He is given the perfect opportunity to play victim and shift focus..

If anything, I hope he does file a case.. at least the gandagi will stop

Problem kuch nai hai, I myself said its good he's taking action against the hate messagers. I also said it's obvious he's doing it for sympathy seeking kyunki worldwide humiliation ke baad zyaada options nahi bachey.
