No, for cup round, your previous round scores won't be added you will play as a fresh player. Only, for league one, your points will be added from previous rounds.

For cup, your points will be calculated from fresh perspective, that is out of 10, if you score more than your opponent, you will remain a contender for cup ,if you get less points than your opponent, you will be eliminated from the cup tournament and won't be a contender for cup but league is open for all 62 players till last round ,so, you will keep playing league. 😊
