I see, still it can be considered equal until it shows 5.5 million for Shraddha in the app, as we can't see the detailed follower numbers there. I know Shraddha can make it, more power on her.💪

I find this sudden love people have for Shraddha so hypocritical. She's as much of a product of nepotism as many others. There were even media reports that she replaced Kriti in a few projects (which could even be true as Kriti has actually complained of being replaced by star kids in interviews). I don't agree with the mudslinging that has been going on but it is amusing to see how people are selectively outraged.

Shraddha is hardworking and beautiful I will give her that. About twitter following meaning nothing. There was reasons AOC was the second most coveted endorsement last year after Obama. Her twitter following indicates how powerful she is. I guess between Aloo and Shraddha. I shows the difference between success that is completely curated and success that is somewhat organic off of your allure. BUT Shraddha still is a product of nepotism however much I like her as a person.

Umm.. her success wasn't completely curated like Aloo's. Even though I still admit she is a product of nepotism and I will have to think twice before going to the theatre to watch her movies. People really started having issues with nepotism when it became obvious that if Karan Johar likes you. You don't have much to worry about in terms getting good future projects. Like Highway after poor reviews in SOTY. Or Gunjan Saxena biopic after poor reviews in Dhadak.

You’ll need to gain more knowledge about Bollywood if you think that Shraddha is getting work because she’s Shakti Kapoor’s daughter. Read up on his scandals too, Shakti himself can’t find work nowadays😆

It's not like Shraddha always got good reviews before Haseena Parkar or DP before Cocktail or Kat before Namastey London...the list goes on. Actors aren't generally getting good projects based off reviews. Film offers come with box office success and popularity (which SOTY and Dhadak both had). In fact, Shraddha's first two films were commercial failures yet she got a prime project like Aashiqui 2. This is just selective outrage at this point.

Besides, if Karan likes someone and wants to invest in them, why can he not? If people felt so strongly against Alia, then why did they watch so many of her films post SOTY? What are you going to say tomorrow if people love GS despite all this nepotism discussion?

Alia, Janhvi, etc all of these actors are privileged but so are Shraddha, Hrithik, whoever else you want to name. Fact is people knew that and still went to watch their films.

I'm not targetting anyone...my point is that many actors are privileged and they get the benefits out of that. There may be different levels but there is still a privilege. It is hypocritical and selective to point fingers at a few and hype up some others. In fact, I don't believe anyone should be individually called out because this is a systemic issue that is deeply ingrained in our society.
