No. He didn't love her. He was protective of his family's honour and that included her. There was no suggestion that he harboured special feelings for her.
On the other hand, it is clear Bulbbul adored him and made him the centre of her world.

No. Satya saw Bulbbul as his friend only, and despite their closeness, always maintained a certain dignified distance from her since after all she was his sister-in-law. Overall, I think Satya was more focused on his own development than his friendship with Bulbbul. Otherwise he would have shown more emotion while parting with Bulbbul before his departure to London. I don't think him not wanting to marry anyone had anything to do with Bulbbul; above all he desired to be a worldly man and might have felt that being tied down in a marriage came in the way of it.
However, very deep inside there might have been some kind of unexplored romantic feelings for her. I don't think his concern regarding the doctor was 100% due to brotherly protectiveness. He must have been slightly jealous, but this could simply be because Bulbbul seemed to have replaced him with the doctor as her prime confidante and not explicitly because of any romantic feelings...
All said and done, any romantic feelings Satya might have had remained unexplored by even Satya himself, as his mind was so shrouded by the ideologies of his elder brothers and the society. His mind couldn't look past them to acknowledge any romantic feelings for Bulbbul he might have been carrying in his heart.
Bulbbul on the other hand had made Satya the centre of her world up until he was sent away to London. She depended on him, confided to him and felt protected with him. Even then, her feelings can't be only attributed as "romantic". Bulbbul lived inside a small bubble and interacted with a limited number of people. Among them, bulbbul could trust and open her heart to noone else so she made Satya her everything: her friend, her playmate, her confidante, her creative partner, her love and even her guardian. So when he was sent to london, the world as Bubbul knew it, crumbled away.
Adding to it, The child marriage angle was different here, it wasn't about sexual relationship at young age because Bulbul's husband didn't sleep with her ever, but the right to decide for herself was taken away from her
Her husband thought she has feelings for Satya and he beat her
Satya did this too, he didn't think Bulbul and doctor could be friends instead he had a doubt on her and told her husband about it, that's where Bulbul says that he is like his brother and in the end Satya leaves the home because he didn't want to be like his brother

That is a very good explanation. It is more geared towards the films message. Because even if it was a child marriage and she had no way out of it. There was no way they could have justified adulterous relations. If they were feelings hidden deep down it was a different story. But again Bulbul could have been grieving the loss of a friend when he left for London. She really didnt show jealousy when they spoke of the rishta. She just wanted ensure her friend had the right to chose the same way she did.
I was damn confused & wanted to ask this.
Now reading the comments above, I am more confused!! Gee thanks 🤢
He was right though bulbul was mad in love with her brother in law.

I think she was totally jealous, her face went pale when her bhabhi mentioned the rishta. Also how her face changes from misery to relief when Satya says he doesnt wanna get married, that transition was brilliant.

Satya knew Bulbul is related to him through his brother, He didn't go out of his way to be with her, He didn't show any romantic feelings for Bulbul, He didn't even write letters to her, he enquired about her in his letters to his Brother, Satya's words in the end show how he always followed his brother
Bulbul on the other hand did have some feelings for him before she was assaulted, that incident would change anyone, I don't think she had feelings for him after it, even if she had feelings left for him, They died when he repeated what his brother did, he wasn't barbaric but he didn't think Bulbul deserves that chance to decide her life partner
