NOTE:

Okay guys I think there has been some confusion because of my post. I am assuming that you people have no some people had assumed that I believe Shiny Ahuja as innocent and defending him.

Well let me clear this up for you that I am not and in no way defending or advocating for him. Heck I am not even his fan to do that or anyone else's for that matter. My fangirling is limited to IF only and that to not for Bollywood actors. I am not one of those who fight with others for people I don't even know in real life.

Now to reason why I made this post was because I was reminded of a case I saw in Crime Patrol where a girl who was a nurse falsely claimed of being kidnapped and raped to frame someone a lady precisely with whose husband she was having a affair. Now being a nurse she knew how and where to get marks to prove her claims. Police had to work extra hard to get to the bottom of it.

Now if key word if someone has to frame the man in question someone with money, power and right connections here and there do you really think it would be hard for them to fabricate false proofs to frame someone. We are living in a time where women like that nurse do exist who can go to any lengths for their selfish reasons whether we like to accept it or not because of women like that nurse those women who had indeed went through that hell are questioned, suffer and struggle to get justice.

Now in no way I am questioning that maid NO. I was only talking about a possibility that's all. People who commits this sin deserve to rot in hell.

Coming to the very man SSR may his soul rest in peace. Hopefully his family will find strength in them to get through this double tragedy. Losing him and his sister in law back to back must be hard but I pray they find in them to get through this. Hopefully this rage that people are feeling is not just a now thing that will wear off with time. Even if after investigation it is found that no one from industry is responsible for his death nepotism is indeed a huge problem, it is an issue that needs to be dealt with. Hopefully people will keep fighting for it and stop worshipping those Bolly people and treat them as human beings who tend to error.

Sorry if I offended anyone in anyway that was not my intention. Thank you. Hope you all have a nice day:)

Shiney Ahuja's case was different form the MeToo movements that we see online. It was a police case with FIR lodged against him for rape.

The maid was 18 at the time. Pls note that she was from a poor background, it takes guts to approach the police incase of a rape. Not only that, once raped, Indian society is brutal and I'm pretty sure she won't be accepted back in the society.

He had admitted sleeping with her though. He must have paid her off to take back the case. She couldn't have afforded to fight with him anyways.

Yaar I am not saying that Shiney was innocent no where had I mentioned him as innocent all I was asking is it possible for people in the industry those Bolly mafia to be able to execute something as that and yes MeToo and that case was way different. That girl do have my support.

Shiny Ahuja, I haven't read his case properly so can't comment on that.

Natasha got a few I guess

Yes, after learning about the Sushant smear campaign, and how sorry I am if I ever saw an ounce of truth in that, I thought back to the Shiney Ahuja disaster as well.

Evidently, Shiney was doing great in bollywood with Woh Lamhe, Gangster, Life in Metro, etc and as he was climbing up with no signs of stopping, it was suddenly all over the news one day that he raped his maid. Rape is such a brutal crime that I'm sure most of us prefer not to even entertain the benefit of doubt to the accused, especially when the victim has come forward. But Sushant's death has forced me to retreat and scan all those times these mafia pimps churned out similar accusations on OUTSIDERS in particular. Not trying to indicate that Shiney is innocent in any way whatsoever but I'm definitely not buying anything that comes out of the bollywood news factory now.

Thank you thank you for understanding my point even I am not saying that Shiney was innocent. This crime no sin is so huge that we in general tend to believe the women/girl without giving it a second thought or benefit of doubt to men in general. Here a woman points a finger at a man and our thinking changes nazariya hi badal jata hai.
