Thank you for your post. I agree with you to some extent, but I also disagree.
What many of us are seeking, or at least I am seeking, is change. I admit that I have no right to know but what makes me really want to know is that identifying the reasons can help change the structure, and possibly help another from doing the same. His death has blown up so much because people feel guilty for not realising that he was suffering and people want to fix their wrongdoings. And this is not just for BW, but for common people as well. Yes, this has resulted in a lot of mudslinging etc but it has also led to people calling out BW biggies for their bullshit, and advocating about the importance of ‘mental health’ even if a lot of it is misguided.
Until unless we don’t know the reason, all these theories (if real) can be refuted because there is no evidence for our conclusions, and change can never happen.
At the end of the day, I don’t want anyone else to face the tragic end that Sushant faced.
I'm not questioning people's right to be angry. I do object to the infantile ways in which this anger is voiced - all those "you should be dead, too" rants only give ammo to nepos. And let's not fool ourselves: we will never be able to pinpoint the exact reason why SSR killed himself. Human beings are complicated. The change we all would love to see - both as regards filmmaking and mental health - won't happen unless institutional pressure is applied. But, of course, genuine, comprehensive, painstakingly slow process of creating proper infrastructure for acting talent doesn't seem as cool as tracing how many followers stopped following some dumb bimbo, does it?
ETA: The bolded part is simply not going to happen. Show business, Bolly or Nolly, or Holly, by its very nature has always been tough on relationships, careers, and self-awareness.
The trap of the blinds and baseless gossip....
This is a smear campaign.
Never seen this many people shit on a deceased actor and they want us to believe that they (key people in BW) didn't interfere with his opportunities in his living...I always new the industry was dirty, but this is a whole new level.
What kind of thick skin these people have. How do they not feel afraid and guilty. Sooner or later it is all coming back to bite them. I pray for Sushant's family, I hope they manage to deal with this circus. 💔
I hate Subhash K Jha so much! This guy is full of shit!
