First of all, it feels like a breach of privacy - we're not psychiatrists and yet I saw some people here asking psychiatrists to give their opinion on SSR, and someone claiming to be a psychiatrist actually offering one! This is highly unethical.

Secondly, no matter how shitty BW nepos are, it was not their duty to be close to Sushant, be his therapists or offer him help of any kind. Needless to say, we have no idea what help was offered, how SSR reacted to it and whether it was offered at all. Nor should we immediately assume that articles claiming SSR was flooded with offers are untrue (though I'd be the first to assume whatever SKJ writes is a stinking lie 😆).

I get it - people are angry and it's easy for them to draw the connection between not being liked by Kapoors or Bhatts etc. and wanting to die, but suicides are a complicated beast, and honestly, this whole "poor, perfect, sensitive boy who had no one in this world" discourse is not doing SSR any favours.

Thank you for your post. I agree with you to some extent, but I also disagree.

What many of us are seeking, or at least I am seeking, is change. I admit that I have no right to know but what makes me really want to know is that identifying the reasons can help change the structure, and possibly help another from doing the same.

His death has blown up so much because people feel guilty for not realising that he was suffering and people want to fix their wrongdoings. And this is not just for BW, but for common people as well. Yes, this has resulted in a lot of mudslinging etc but it has also led to people calling out BW biggies for their bullshit, and advocating about the importance of ‘mental health’ even if a lot of it is misguided.

Until unless we don’t know the reason, all these theories (if real) can be refuted because there is no evidence for our conclusions, and change can never happen.

At the end of the day, I don’t want anyone else to face the tragic end that Sushant faced.

you mean "targeting"

I don't know, why all of a sudden there are so many articles insinuating that Sushant was offered most of Ranveer films.

I tried to google those "offers" back to the time of the film announcement, I didn't find anything !!

No one killed Sushant….He was not a jobless victim of nepotism

Sushant Singh Rajput is the only actor in Bollywood to have turned down three films with Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Bhansali first offered him Ram Leela, then Bajirao Mastani and finally Padmaavat

Suddenly and very regrettably Sushant Singh Rajput‘s unspeakably tragic death has become a rallyingpoint for nepotism.

Suddenly an actress, known to shriek when a whistle would do, thinks Karan Johar and nepo-gang planned Sushant’s murder by rendering him jobless, making him feel feel worthless, driving him out of the industry.

This melodramatic screenplay being woven by the anti-nepo gang (possible title for the film Karan Zehar) is far more dramatic than any film that Sushant did in his all-too-brief career. It is also a false hysterical narrative being thrust into the public eye to hide the real reason for Sushant’s hurried journey from distinguished to extinguished.

If Sushant is not with us anymore, it’s not because he was being driven out of the industry. Of course I am not saying the Sushant was not a victim of nepotism. We all are victims of the clannish culture that exists in Bollywood.

Good ,u dont want to fight for it..but public demands now to end that bullshit

When I began writing I was told my English was poor. “Did you attend a school in cowshed?” one editor had asked me, laughing loudly at his own joke. I told him he must excuse me as I need to go and milk my cow.

To fight nepotism you have to have a sense of humour. Sushant had it in abundance. And he had the talent and selfconfidence to go with it.

We would often laugh at this one and that one repeatedly getting roles because of his ‘connections.’ I remember a major studio head had hired a singularly untalented actress (who continues be cast in major films exclusively by this studio). In her first film she was cast with Sushant. We had a blast trying to figure where her talent began and ended.

But nepotism never held him down. And to hold Karan Johar or anyone else responsible for rendering Sushant jobless is plainly ridiculous and untrue. Because Sushant was not jobless. He was inundated with offers right till the end. He is the only actor in Bollywood to have turned down three films with Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Bhansali first offered him Ram Leela, then Bajirao Mastani and finally Padmaavat.

He couldn't do it because yrf didn't release from the contract

So Ranveer Singh owes at least a part of his success to Sushant. Did Sushant feel like an outsider in Bollywood? I don’t think so. His last two films Kedarnath and Chhichore were hits. He was getting the best of offers. At no point was he being shunned for being an “outsider”.

It's another lie...listen to his directors Abishek kapoor or Paani director, they said what happened and how he felt..also we heard it from sushanth in many of his interviews. He said why he dlnt want to be friends or why he didn't have one, because behind his back they all felt he is boring..so stop ur bhakwas now.

Hotshot producers like Sajid Nadiadwala and Dinesh Vijan were keen to sign him repeatedly. But in recent times, Sushant had lost interest in meeting filmmakers, discussing new projects. He wanted to be left alone.

His friends in the industry did not abandon him because he was not doing well. He was! Doing well, I mean. But how do you connect with someone who wants to be left alone? You ask to meet. Then you ask again. Then you give up

.It's another lie...listen to his directors Abishek kapoor or Paani director, they said what happened Sorry that's not friendship..U GIVE UP..AND HE HIMSELF SAID HE GOT ONLY TWO FRIENDS..SO NONE OF THEM FROM UR GANG WAS HIS FRIEND AND THOSE BLINDS WERE SPEWD OR BELEIVED BY THOSE CHICKPEAS HEADS AND THIER IMMATURE RANT AND INSULTS DID AFFECTED HIM! IF U ASK HOW THEN LISTEN TO ALL OF HIS INTERVIEWS...

What happened to Sushant is no one’s fault. The fault, as the title of his last film suggests, lies with the stars. And not the ones down below.

If this is how nepogang thinks about these issues then they are not just mentally but even emotionally challenged..dont think by promoting such PR articles they can escape the wrath

Ps:- my reply in red and also to the article writer
