Apparently, outside India the media is projecting like its Indian army that "slaughtered" chinese soldiers. While India has more casualties world media is still on the Chinese side, despite everything they have been doing for all this while they are still on their side and projecting us as monsters slaughtering their soldiers. The power China holds right now around the globe.

China played the same dirty tactics with Philippines and Vietnam before 👎🏼. It’s shameful how they repeatedly keep on infringing on others’ territories.

For your first query : If there's an investigation then the doctor is bound by law to reveal information but only after ordered by a judge and in court. Not just suicide, if the patient is not stable and is a threat to himself and others, information is shared.

For the second one, I am not sure. I haven't handled a case like that.

If a patient poses a risk of suicide (whether mild, moderate or severe), we are bound by law to break confidentiality because the patients health is absolutely without a doubt our first and foremost priority.

Also if the court has issued a subpoena for the patients medical records then we are also bound by law to provide it.

Did COVID lockdown impact his hospital visits and telemedicine didn’t work on SSR?

Western media was always like this to india even before visits and visits were never going to change the views of western media nor india cared about their views anyways. Nothing better can be expected from lickers of china

Did you read global times editors statement.he said China dont want to declare number of chinese casualties ,as it will create comparison between two countries,about who soldiers died more.this is goodwill from beijing.such a stupid excuse
