Star Plus and Colors are greedy channels. They will show serials that will only bring them more points. Thats why they are shamelessly getting rights of old Ramayan, old Mahabharat, Shree Ganesh, Om Namah Shivaay. I won't be surprised if they will stop showing old Ramayan and old Mahabharat very soon since they are not bringing the points of TRPs above 5 or 10 as they expected.
