Is Taliban really targetting India especially Delhi?

Is Taliban really targetting India especially Delhi? The leader claimed that they have no plan to do so as they don't interfere in internal matters which is Kashmir. But many people from neighbouring country and even Kashmir are provoking Taliban on twitter to enter India by telling lies about Indians badly treating minorities. I hope Taliban never gets to enter India like it entered Afghanistan and later a part of Pakistan. Afghanistan was more liberal and modern country than Indian and women had equal rights but Taliban ruined it all. Don't want India to become another Afghanistan.

I would say it's a far-fetched thought, at the best! Taliban overtaking Delhi is a plot good for movies, but has almost zero chances of happening. Unless Taliban wants to get most of its men killed!

It's my opinion those who are tweeting to Taliban from our country should be tracked and treated as per law. However, how we treat our minorities - good or bad - is debatable!
