Please read the rules on page 1 again. There, it was specifically mentioned as ---For eligibility stories posted between 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2019 can be nominated.

According to rules on Page 1, only stories posted between 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2019 can be nominated. But you can nominate yourself if you wrote stories between those dates under any fic category.
