I guess so...too opening up keeping people busy............but I'm in transition so weird hours situations never a stable one............you can make a chart what day you would like to train him for what......don't try to download so much at the same time so he will get confused that takes more time.......
He's actually replacing me since I'm leaving so my boss wants him training with me everyday. I felt really bad and kept apologizing because I felt like I was trying to teach him everything today 😆 but I didn't want him to just sit there and watch me work or follow around so that's why I'm having him do work already after I show him examples but then I check his work to make sure he doesn't do any mistakes. But, he said he likes it that we dived right in because our work is very boring if you just sit and observe 😆 I know when I was being trained, they didn't let me do anything at first and it was passive learning so I wasn't retaining anything.
