As bad as this sounds, you're right. 26 mil filed for unemployment here in past 5 weeks. And it's only going to get worse. Some big pharma companies here have given a pay cut to their consultants.

What about Bhau Kadam? He too started from skits. Hardly any looks to talk about but he has so many movies (with some even centred around him). Shreya has as good a timing as Bhau Kadam when it comes to comedy. Her mimicry is just an added asset.

I agree. Shreya Budge is more of a comedian. She may be good in other aspects of acting too but it is not yet proven. She is also around 32 now. So, difficult for her to start getting heroine roles now.

Producers/directors must now start to move beyond old starts like Swapnil/Ankush among actors and Sai/Mukta/Amruta/Sonalee among actresses as hero/heroines. They are all above 30. Need to induct fresher faces.

Actor Irfan Khan passed away today at the age of 54. He was suffering from cancer. Three days ago his mother died.

I am too shocked to react to this news... He was a real good actor.... Tragedy had striked him three days before when his mother died and now he..... Rip Sir

Cancer is something which one can never say that it has been conquered especially such rare cancers. It was great of him to present a normal picture to the world. I have seen it very close and it requires guts and immense family support to try and remain calm and normal even as it is like a tangti talvar about when you might get a recurrence or it metastases.

RIP Irfan Khan.

For me Piku was his nonchalant best.

I was completely shocked to read the news . Never imagined he would leave so early.

May his family find strength in these testing times.
