Karan Divyanka web series not happening?

Saw Divyanka's interview and she said that the web series between Karan and her is not happening.

Anyone knows why? Feeling sad about it.

Just wanted to see if anyone had an update on this.

Was counting on the web series to see Karan and Divyanka together.
