For gym rats, this working out at home is the very worst, right? It’s so tough to find motivation. I am barely making it to 30 mins woh bhi grudgingly as if it’s some punishment. For someone who who used to do 1.5 hours and force stop myself, this is literally horrible. So I hear ya 😩good for her....❤️
I hope this motivates me to get back into a routine at home.....oh how I miss my gym 😔
