As long as they include it in the story is all we are asking for 😳 ❤️

Can you get identity cards without biometric registration? I can not make your identity cards without your signature and biometric registration. Identity card is used for registration of marriage, identity card which has Maya's finger print etc. Vikram gave this name for marriage because Maya herself said that she is Maya Jaisingh that's what her identity card says that's how she purchased land and stocks, how are those identity cards valid, if marriage is invalid

The process of procuring ID cards would have started BEFORE their marriage, you need photographs, residential proof, age proof and witnesses for registration of marriage

The ID cards which were used for registration of marriage are the ID cards Maya is using till date

As I said I don't know much about Gandharva vivah, but Maya also had Sindoor and Mangalsutra from Vikram with witnesses, doesn't that qualify as Gandharva vivah or there are different rules? I

The process of getting I-card is separate from the procedure of marriage and also separate from the process of changing names. The three are different filings in a govt office.

For any i-card, biometric registration is not enough, you must have a proof that you are an Indian national. Otherwise foreigners would obtain it illegally. At least a birth certificate to show one is Indian born is mandatory.

For changing name, one can't give oneself a name because they have forgotten theirs. One must file an affidavit that like Manvi Singh would henceforth be known as Maya Jaisingh, along with old identity proof documents.

For registering marriage, again old documents are required, as explained in earlier post.

I have doubts Maya carried her old identity proofs in the pool of mud where MJ's men threw her in.

About Vikram making wear Maya wearing sindoor mangalsutra, I am sorry I don't remember.. Can you give a screenshot?

I appreciate all the posts and views but this was made as a fun post and to understand CVs thinking behind the MayRa relationship post marriage. Its probably fair to say logic goes out the window in most ITV story lines so marriage validity does not matter here. We know MayRa are the lead pair and will await to see where CVS take their story once shooting resumes 👍🏼

About Maya wearing sindoor mangalsutra for Vikram, I am sorry I don't remember.. Can you give a screenshot? If she wore for him then of course the marriage would count. I advocate for logic.

The thing is that their marriage was registered, registration is not possible without identity proofs means Maya had identity proofs of the name which she signed in marriage paper and they showed Vikram gave her a new identity of Maya Jaisingh, Vikram and Maya could have married in front of a priest, but they showed Maya's name change was legal, the process of getting her new identity went through marrying Vikram by registering it in court, as opposed to showing Maya and Rudra marrying without any priest or mantras

When they add a scene it represents what they want to carry out, a legal marriage with sindoor vs a marriage without priest, are you certain they had Gandharva Vivah in mind? Because Vikram and Maya's wedding seems like Gandharva too

Anyway, I will stop here, there's too much tension in real world without discussing different types of marriages 😂 Stay safe ♥

@TM Sorry Sweetie, I just got a bit riled up due to mocking, I am really sorry if you think your post has been ruined 🙏 Stay safe ♥️

No need to apologize 🤗

Healthy discussions are good and i am sure many like myself will find the information in your posts insightful. It is safe to say viewers do more research and logical thinking than the CVS 😆we know BH2 story is not everyone's cup of tea so it is bound to get some raised eyebrows however viewers also need to remember it is a fictional story for entertainment purposes - if you like it then enjoy watching it if not then there are plenty of other shows out there for you to watch

On a lighter note UK is showing BH2 episodes again from the beginning

Ma'am, there was no religious ceremony for Vikram-Maya, so it falls under Civil marriage of Indian Special Marriage Act. I have already explained it earlier. If Vikram made wear Maya wearing sindoor mangalsutra please give a screenshot. Otherwise the marriage is fake. Why I have already written.

I will stop here too. Real world is full of tension. Stay safe!

Thank you Kay for tolerating our discussion. 🤗
