for me its been reverse.. I'm losing my excess weight with out any exercise, as outside food totally stopped 😆

wish your kids were naughty.. u would have to run behind them,.. another exercise to lose your weight 🤣 Jokes apart.. try simple Yoga techniques... I lost around 5kg with simple exercises in home.. after my hospitlization .. I can share you video, if you want. I did max of 30 mins per day.

according to a Boston survey... it would take 6 months for entire lockdown to be taken down in India 🤔 Even several countries such as UK, US, Aus are assuming it would take min. of 6 months for things to settle down 😵
