No offence but eye make up lipstick sab chalu hai. And that eye makeup is not even basic. Personally do not know any doctor or nurse dolling up so much even during a regular day at the clinic / hospital.

Iska pata nahin, lekin I know many doctors who go to hospitals and clinics putting on makeup winged eyeliners. Esp. the younger ones. 3 out of 10 interns leave home doing day makeup.
