I hope you are ok. We saw some news clip where police are beating people with sticks/legs in india!😲 Are they allowed to do that?!...also feel so sorry for the daily wager earners, they will suffer the most. my fave newspaper 'The Guardian' did a long analysis of India's lockdown yesterday and it really hurt me to read about the daily wager earners.

coming to police beating ppl... it went over board and heard even ppl beat police to as its not their mistake.. but police ppljust want to show power of them but it wont happen again...

coming to daily wage workers... even im feeling bad for them but cant even do anything to stop them suffering... this is the main reason i want lock down to complete quickly but god knows how many days it will take

No, they are not allowed to do that. A person died because of the injuries today and all because he went out to get milk. Oh! The daily wage earners are suffering the most. They're having to walk all the way home, and most of them work in a far away city, because all travel modes are suspended. There are so many poor people who don't even know why all of a sudden the streets are empty. It's so heartbreaking!
