Which performance should have got the award for best actress 2015? new

Kangana and Anushka’s performances were at another level...Priyanka and Deepika’s performances were just another same ole same old!

Kangana. Its a no-brainer for me.
Tanu and Datto, she portrayed both of them brilliantly.

In 2015, Kangana was indeed at her peak.

Didn't Margarita release the same year?

DP was good in Tamasha but Anushka in NH10 and Kangana in TWMR were in another level.

PC wasn't in lead role but her performance was better than everyone else in the movie.

Kangu from the list, and it's not even a competition.

My second-tier of best performances would be:

Anushka Sharma - NH10

Priyanka Chopra - Dil Dhadakne Do

Kangana Ranaut - Tanu Weds Manu Returns

Deepika Padukone - Piku

Third tier:

Kajol - Dilwale

Kangana Ranaut - Katti Batti

Vidya Balan - Hamari Adhuri Kahani

Not eligible:

Sonam Kapoor - Dolli Ki Doli

Her Datto was easily once of the best performances I've seen in recent times
